These are some fugu swimming around a tank in the window of a posh restaurant in Tokyo. Fugu are the (potentially deadly) puffer-fish whose liver contains a powerful neurotoxin ... which means that the Japanese find them a delicacy. If it's deadly, it must be delicious! Actually, I tried it once and it didn't taste like much to me.
